A printed glass splashback lets you put almost any image behind your worktop: the veining of natural marble, a London skyline, a field of flowers or even your own photograph. Here is how it works and how to choose the right design.
How is a printed glass splashback made?
Each panel is cut to your exact measurements, then the design is printed onto the back of the glass using UV-cured inks. Because the print sits behind the glass, the front stays smooth, glossy and easy to clean, and the image is protected from everyday wear.
The glass is 6mm toughened safety glass, made in our Windsor workshop and covered by a 25-year warranty against cracking.
Popular design styles
Our printed collection has more than 180 designs across 11 collections. Some of the most popular include:
Marble and onyx
The luxury of natural stone without the weight, cost or upkeep. Designs like Calacatta Gold and Statuario suit both classic and contemporary kitchens.
Cities and skylines
London favourites such as Tower Bridge and Westminster work beautifully along long, low splashbacks, especially with under-cabinet lighting.
Tiles and patterns
Moroccan, Mediterranean and geometric tile designs give you the character of tiles with none of the grout.
Florals, landscapes and abstract
From calm misty forests to bold abstract art, these designs turn a plain wall into a feature.
Can I print my own photo?
Yes. You can upload your own photo or artwork in our online designer. For the best result, use the highest-resolution image you have (phone photos are usually fine). We check every file and send you a proof to approve before anything is printed.
Will the colours match my screen exactly?
Every screen displays colour slightly differently, and printed glass can look different in daylight, under kitchen lighting and next to your worktops. That is why we recommend ordering a sample first if colour matching is important to you. You can choose "Sample only" in any of our designers.
Choosing the right design for your kitchen
- Small or narrow kitchens: lighter marble and soft gradients keep the space feeling open.
- Long runs: panoramas and skylines make the most of the width.
- Busy worktops: calmer designs stop the space feeling cluttered.
- Statement walls: florals, abstracts and bold onyx work best where the splashback is the star.
