2What we collect
When you ask for a quote
Your name, phone number, email address, postcode, details of your project, and any photos, measurements, kitchen plans or sketches you send us, through our quote form, WhatsApp, email or phone.
When we survey and fit
Your address, access notes, measurements and digital templates of your space, photos of the area being fitted, and the dates of your appointments.
When you order online
Your name, email, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, and the details of your order, such as glass type, design, size and fixings. If you upload your own image to be printed, we keep that image to make your glass.
If you tick “Remember my details on this device” in our order box, your name, email, phone number and delivery address are saved in your own browser so we can fill them in next time. They stay on your device and are not sent to us by that feature. Untick the box, or choose “Not you? Clear saved details”, to remove them.
Payments and finance
Card payments are processed by our payment provider. We receive confirmation that you've paid, but never your full card number. If you apply for finance, your application goes to our finance partner Ideal4Finance, who handle it under their own privacy policy.
When you use our website
Our website host automatically records basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and working. If you use the postcode checker, the postcode you type is sent to postcodes.io to look up the location. It isn't stored by us unless you then send us a quote request.

4Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information. We only share it with trusted companies that help us run our business, and only as much as they need:
- Website hosting and forms: our website host, which also receives quote-form submissions and photos you upload.
- Payment provider: to process card payments securely.
- Ideal4Finance: only if you choose to apply for finance.
- Our customer and order management system: to keep your quote, order and project details in one place.
- WhatsApp (Meta), email and phone providers: when you contact us, or we contact you, through them.
- Couriers: your name, address and phone number, so they can deliver your order.
- Our accountants, and HMRC or other authorities where the law requires it.
Some of these providers are based outside the UK, for example in the United States. Where your information is transferred abroad, it is protected by safeguards approved under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK–US data bridge.
5Cookies
Our website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.
The optional “Remember my details” tick box in our order box uses your browser's local storage rather than a cookie. It only works if you tick it, and nothing it stores is sent to us.
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and some images from our image host, so your browser connects to their servers, which will see your IP address. We don't use this to identify you. If we ever add cookies that aren't strictly necessary, we will ask for your permission first and update this policy.
6How long we keep it
| Information | How long |
|---|---|
| Enquiries and quotes that don't go ahead | Up to 2 years after we last hear from you |
| Customer, order and invoice records | 6 years after the end of the tax year of your order, as required for tax purposes |
| Project details, measurements and photos | For the length of your product's warranty, so we can deal with any claim |
| Marketing contact details | Until you unsubscribe or ask us to stop |
7Keeping it safe
We use secure, password-protected systems and encrypted connections (HTTPS) on our website, and only staff who need your information to do their job can see it. If a data breach affects you, we will tell you and the Information Commissioner's Office where the law requires it.
8Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- See the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong or incomplete.
- Delete your information, where we don't need to keep it.
- Restrict or object to how we use it.
- Receive a copy of information you gave us, in a common format.
- Withdraw your consent to marketing at any time.
To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We'll reply within one month. It's free, unless a request is clearly unfounded or excessive.
9Photos of your project
We love sharing our work. We will only post photos or videos of your home on our website or social media, such as Instagram, with your permission, and we never include your address or anything that identifies you. You can ask us to remove a photo at any time.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top.
